Poor service from Lisa Richards. Doesn't answer emails and goes goes out of her way to make it harder for contractors to get their payments.

Eric and his team are easy to work with. Him and his team worked hard on getting everything together and kept us in the loop so we knew what was going on with our loan at all times. Everything was quick and easy and I am happy to have purchased our second home with his help.

These guys are awesome!! They keep you well informed along the path. Lynn and Regina were constantly following up. Yes there was a lot of paperwork, but it was expected due to the type of loan we were requesting.
