Just closed on my home loan with NOIC. Loan officer Jacob Boes & Loan Assistant James Pershing were very patient with me for 6 months while I got my situation together. They never gave up, always kept in contact and valued me as a customer during the whole time. QuickenLoans/Rocket Mortgage laughed in my face and hung up on me, NOIC gets the last laugh. Best in the industry!
Jacob Boes, and James Pershing were amazing! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They really took the time to walk my fiancé and I step by step through the loan process. I am confident that we made the right choice going with NOIC.
I was all set threw another bank.noic found out said they could beat the deal.so I cancelled my other loan to go with noic.since I already have them.i owe a few thousand in back taxes.which i already made steps to correct.they already have the loan so if they put a lien on house it's gonna affect them now anyways.so they tell me I must make arrangements with the irs to pay my bill.then he tells me they don't even care if I pay it.just set it up with irs.well that's a 149 dollar set up fee.and it's almost impossible to speak ... read more
