It's so much easier to check in , quick an so far excellent visits when I've went. We bypass Erlanger in Murphy, had experiences there that was not good.

The person that registered me told me to have a seat in the radiology section. She DID NOT tell me to give my paperwork to the volunteer at the desk. I sat for almost an hour and then went to the desk and said that it had been a long time. The volunteer said, "they don't even know that you are here". I questioned what I should have done and she said "EVERYONE knows to bring their paperwork to me". She did not apologize for the mixup but said "just sit down and someone will call you". Oh how I dislike your pre-appointment portal. Three times I tried to finish all the questiona. Each time the data was not sent. Each time there were no error messages or entries to revisit. I visit a few doctors with UnionGeneral. Why can't each provideer access the questionniare I've completed. There are 12 pages to complete. When will Georgia medical providers upgrade the patient experence. I like all my provides. I get great care from each. The clinical staff are wonderful.
