My love under went surgery today. The doctor was very encouraging and her nurse Emma was pretty awesome. Thank you for taking such good care of my wife! As far as the facilities are concerned to whom is reading. The grounds are pretty well kept. The hospital was very sterile and my wife's room was nice for a hospital room. I also got to see life flight come in for a landing which was pretty spectacular.
UGH rocks! ER visit last week and surgery center today. Can’t express enough how well I was treated, from intake through pre-op and eventually surgery. All the personnel have been exceptionally helpful, kind and caring. The new surgery center was a definite WOW! Design and technology were truly well done. Not that anyone in their right mind wants to have to go to a hospital, but if life’s circumstances make it happen - Union General is good to go!
My husband was at the er on Feb 1st 2026 and he had very poor service all a way around . His potassium was 2. Something and they should have put him in the hospital but they just gave him 2 potassium pills sent him home and told him to follow up with his doctor. He could barley walk and was very weak. My potassium was that low and they put me in the hospital until they got my potassium where it needed to be. It is very dangerous to have your potassium that low. Very poor service that night.
