I can never get them on the phone, I have been trying for two weeks to get records to another place from them. I get a busy signal everytime. When I've been in there previously, costs and procedures were not explained or gone over (save for one major surgery, whoever I talked to that time was great) and I frequently had unexplained charges. I am fine paying for whatever needs to be done, but I want to know beforehand what I'm paying for and why it's needed. From the front desk staff to the doctors everyone has always been very friendly and helpful and always a pleasant experience going there. They take great care of my baby CJ.
The staff here are incredible! I called at 10:30 on a Saturday because my dog was vomiting. They asked me to get there as soon as I could even though they closed at 12. I live in Winston now, but don't mind making the drive because they are that good! The vets are always compassionate and even let me go in the back when my dog was afraid to leave me. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
In and out really fast. The way it should be. Everyone is so nice and the dr.s Are excellent. I like this vet a lot and hope they stay on top of the clients like they did today. I couldn't find my male cat so i took in my girl instead and it was no problem at all for them.
I don't think I have ever met an vet full of more wonderful people. From the front office, techs, to the Dr, they stayed extra to see my 12 week old puppy with an injured leg. They are the best.
Helpful, patient, kind to animals and owners. Very reasonably priced.
Great people who really care for what they do. Highly recommend bringing your pets here. You will not regret it
