I could not have ask for better care for my gizmo all the way up to the end if or when I ever get another dog I will drive the distance to go to union cross animal hospital
The entire staff is dedicated and amazing. Through 2 major surgeries, 3 weeks hospitalization and some urinary distress a few weeks later we feel confident that union cross animal hospital is with us and cares for our pets as much as we do! They've accommodated our family in our crazy travel schedules, checked in on us during our pets distress but most importantly made us feel like family. We appreciate all they do for us and our kids!
These people are wonderful. My first experience with them was to bring in a puppy we'd rescued from the shelter because she was vomiting, lethargic, and wouldn't eat for the first few days we had her. Turns out she had some rare parasite and had to spend a holiday weekend in their care. They called us every day to let us know how she was doing, sat with us while we visited with her, and spent hours on the phone with the pet insurance company to make sure they covered the costs. Love this vet! Everyone there is so friendly and great with animals. The same techs, Shannon, Melanie, and Shay as well as Jessica, the receptionist have worked there for years, so they must be nice people. They are so caring,and will even call to follow up that your pet is feeling better. We had to say goodbye to our 16 year old lab mix last year and they were so comforting and didn't make us feel rushed to leave. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet.
