To be told after I hobbled there in pain that I had to pay a $100 “deposit” on some deductible in addition my copay - followed by the nasty disposition of the woman in the billing department? I won’t be returning any time soon. It’s sad too because previously in 2017 I had such a wonderful experience, that’s why I was coming back this time. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.
The staff has always professional and curtious , never long waits for exam x rays etc
the highlights are that they care about you and your situation.
