Terrible! My first time and I had to cancel my appointment. The office was SUPER DIRTY, stuff in the floor, and the from desk girls talking, making jokes and eating! They had me there waiting , until I decided just to go . Very unprofessional!
If I can I would give them a negative star. I would give the staff a negative twenty. The staff in the front desk are very unprofessional. All of them have nasty attitudes. They do not and will not help you with any questions or concerns. They have no patience and don’t resolve any concerns you may have. Also overheard them laughing with each other about patients in the office. Saying rude comments and making fun of patients. Other than the staff, the doctor was great.
I have been attending here for myself and my daughter for about a year. At first I had no issues until recently. My daughter had to follow up and the encounter I had with Dr. Chowdhury was awful. My daughter has a deformity with her knees and after completing PT, her therapist typed up a letter on how she would benefit for an AFO. Dr. Chowdhury was absolutely rude when I mentioned it to him and refused to read the letter and explanation. He kept cutting me off while I was speaking and talking over me. I went today for the first time. Don't wait too long. They allowed me to go earlier than the appointment. The staff, young cool and very professional. The excellent Dr. I will return and of course I will recommend it
