Went to deposit a $12k check that says my spouses name & my name, then the branch manager states that they require both parties to be present in order to deposit it. Then proceeds to talk about 9/11 and how they aren't even supposed to be accepting checks since 2001. Afterward, they talk down to the customer as if we're not smart enough to know how to cash checks using the mobile deposit feature stating how if it said both of our names, the mobile app should not have been accepting the deposit. I went a couple of Thursdays ago to withdraw my SSI check to pay some bills. It's a very busy branch with everything going on that day. Saberh was a quick teller. Their new doorman, I think his name was kyle was very entertaining in line. I'll be coming back.
Rude service. Manager Barbara threatened to close my account because I complained of poor intept service at her branch. I will be escalating this to higher ups.
very polite and excellent service!
Worse customer service. And hours are cut for no good reason. Changing banks as so as possible.
