Took my fire jacket to have my name and two patches put on, I'm not a rude person at all the lady was very nice and said it would take about a week and that they would call when it was finished well it's been 10 days tomorrow will make 11 days And I still don't have my jacket I revived a call yesterday to verify that I wanted my name in a certain color keep in mind it's been 10 days already which tells me you guys haven't even touched my jacket until yesterday if I didn't need it done I would have just got my money back and ... read more
