This place has the WORSE customer service. They don’t answer their phones and when you leave a message they don’t respond. There’s only one phone number and you get put on hold just for them to hang up on you 15 minutes later. It took me 4 HOURS to get a hold of someone. It’s frustrating as it is to go through a biopsy and deal with cancer then be treated with ZERO compassion. Do yourself a favor and LOOK FOR ANOTHER CLINIC. I can't say enough about this company. My dad has been in and out of the hospitals for the past 8 months and after his initial discharge, we were assigned to a care provider based in L.A. by the care facility. They were always either late or miss the appointments and my Dad situation got worse under their care to a point that had to go back to the hospital. I’m very satisfied with unified care provider. I googled for a home health care in Irvine, UCP came up first and I gave it a try for my granddad. They help with pt appointment at his house and we were very satisfied with the service. The nurse has been amazing and astonishing taking care of my grandfather. Thank you

UCP provided excellent care for my mother. Their nurses, physical therapists, and home health aides worked with compassion and due diligence until they were sure that my mother was better. If I had to, I would definitely use their services again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs their care.

I have had the opportunity of working with this home health both from a medical point of view AND from close family experience for the last few years.
