RENTER BEWARE!!! We rented from these folks for over two years. We paid them on time and was given a $10k collection for services rendered while tenants simply as retaliation for reporting his slummy behavior to the city of NRH. The “Ower” asked us to vacate as a result DURING THE HEIGHT OF THE PANDEMIC. I can't get it off my credit, but it is ok. I want anyone who will read or listen to know DON'T RENT FROM UNICORN RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. He doesn't live in Texas either. His maintenance man is a liar. They are in cahoot... read more
