I worked with Unicare for a little over a year and it was a pleasant experience learning how to be a caregiver and work with a variety of clients. Over my year, there was a commitment to growth and accountability to the company and business that I don’t see in many places. I greatly appreciated the opportunity I had and encourage those interested in caregiving to give Unicare the opportunity.

I had bad experience with this company. I have a 93-year-old father with dementia and whenever I asked his appointed nurse to for more care and solutions for his problems, her response was that he is just too old, and nothing can be done. The manager of the memory care place also mentioned that she was not happy with their service. My father had a fall and broke his hip and was sent to hospital for surgery. The same nurse went to visit him at the hospital without asking permission from her supervisor. Since she was not in th... read more
