I have been a client of Jenn's for 15 years and have enjoyed nothing but, GREAT SERVICE. The salon is clean and the Ped Chairs are not broken. She and the rest of her staff could not be more professional and nice. She and her staff go out of there way to make your nail appointment pleasant. Sorry, you had a problem but, anyother place would have charged you for and overdraft.VERY SATIFIED CUSTOMER
I can't think of a more pleasant & relaxing way to end a hectic work day than to enjoy a manicure or pedicure @ Unforgettable Nails on Joppa Road in Carney. Owner, Jenn, and nail technicians, Michelle & Karen, are always upbeat and cheery. The young ladies who assist in operations are so accommodating. Chairs are comfy enough for napping. The salon is clean and inviting. Unforgettable Nails is a wonderful salon, and I have been a client there for over 12 years. The negative review I read couldn't have been referring to MY Unforgettable Nails. This shop is spotless and pleasant with a staff that is more than just accommodating. Jenn goes out of her way to make women feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered. There are snacks, relaxing music, pleasant conversation and great service. I am one of Jennifer's longest clients, I am 34 and she has been doing my manicures and pedicures since my junior prom!! Jenn does an outstanding job and is very meticulous!
