I have been going to Unforgettable Nails for 18 years, I 'll with no quorums or disregrets that Unforgettable Nails is the number one nail salon Baltimore and surrounding counties. Unforgettable Nails should not be critize about their work. They use high quality products that have no effect for nail beds.

I recently read a review that was very negative regarding the return check policy for this salon. I have worked for a bank for 32 years, if the bank had made the error, they would have made it good. The "patron" didn't just state the facts, instead she attempted to smear Jennifer's character, this is dispicable! She made it personal, so now I'm going to make it personal. I have been havng my manicures/pedicures at Unforgettable Nails (and with the owner even before that when she worked at a beauty salon) and this is truly the BEST place to go. All sanitary precautions are used and you can't get a better manicure/pedicure any place else. The atmosphere is very customer oriented and friendly. Besides getting a great manicure/pedicure, you have a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy getting away from all your worries.I highly recommend Unforgettable Nails.

I have been a client of Unforgettable Nails for 11 years and a Banker for 23 years. If this problem was a "bank error", the Bank would have taken care of everything and this would have been a "non-event". Bottom line is that you need $$$ in your account to write a check. As for the salon it is a friendly almost family atomsphere. There are NO drills, masks or people talking in a language that you can not understand. I dont know what that woman is talking about!!! Granted, i have only known unforgettable nails for 2+ years, not 13 or 15 years, i can vouch for their ridiculous cleaniness, the shop is cleaned EVERY weekend, from top to bottom. The owner is a FANACTIC about the shop being clean and ready for the state inspectors. They are american owned and operated. I have been going to Jenn now every 2 weeks for the past 4 years. I will NEVER go back to those other salons--the quality of service and products, friendliness of the employees, and impeccable cleanliness at Unforgettable Nails are beyond compare! I get so many compliments on my nails from friends, family, and even strangers. Whether you deserve a spa pedicure or a wonderful facial, Unforgettable Nails is such a gem of a salon!

Forgettable review...couldn't possibly be the same shop... I just finished reading a recent review of this shop and although I very rarely post a review of anything on line..I was so shocked at the bad review that I just have to add my own.
