Ann has arranged two trips for us. One was to London, and the other was to Liverpool, Belfast and Dublin. Both times the arrangements were excellent. Our daughter is in a power chair. Ann made sure we had the right hotels to accommodate us. She got us the best drivers and tour guides. She prepared us well so we knew what to expect. And when a hotel fouled up our reservation once (not her fault) Ann went into bulldog mode and helped us straighten things out.
Can't say enough about the wonderful trip that Ann planned for my wife and me. Especially enjoyed our stay at the Bushmill Inn.

This is the ONLY company I will use when planning trips to Ireland and Great Britain for either my clients or myself. We had the most amazing group trip to Ireland with a group of disabled travelers who used manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and scooters. Besides wonderful fully accessible hotels and transportation, the food was amazing as were the friendships formed within the group. Ann plans the most amazing trip. My friends and I were just reminiscing about our trip to Italy 4 years ago. We had the most unbelievable time. Every city was booked perfectly. Beautiful hotels,amazing tour guides and day trips. Easy train and boat rides. We can't wait for Ann to plan out next trip hopefully to Ireland soon! Thank you Ann for amazing memories!

Unfortunately, my wife and I cannot recommend Undiscovered Britain & Ireland. We took a trip to England at the end of April to see her friends get married, and we hired Ann to be our travel agent because her website said that she had expertise in traveling with a wheelchair. Our initial emails with her went well, and we ended up paying about $1000 more than we were initially comfortable paying for the trip in order to gain access to her insider knowledge.
