Very misleading. The price of our project was increased x 3 while the work had already begun. Lots of miscommunication. Poor English. Yoandry was very inflexible and not honest. Even threaten at one point to put a lien on our property when we tried to negotiate because he clearly did not explain the price of the work. The proposal did not matter.
