Solar installed in March & since then its been problem after problem. After signing contract it's been non stop issues. SolarEdge app reads the production & consumption inaccurately since day 1 (they are the same # everyday) & when I notified them something is off they didn't believe me. They sent people out to my house & don't even say when they're coming. They just show up although I asked to be notified. The ppl in the office don't return calls. They have told me the energy is reading accurately on their end. However, wha... read more

D****, we have spoken to you dozens of times. If you are wondering why your call is not returned same day, it’s it people like you whom call repetitively regarding the same exact issue prior to us having a diagnosis. This tie’s up office staff on lengthy repetitive phone calls about an issue we are aware of. We have gone to your site at least five times in an attempt to fix the CT’s. The only positive was the price, but you get what you pay for. Signed our contract in Nov., had permits and all paperwork in order by the second week of Dec., but our paperwork got put in the wrong file. After multiple calls and emails to Underline, we finally got ahold of someone who took the time to figure out what was going wrong. had an AC unit, roof, and solar installed. During the sale part everything was great and going fine. I have plenty to say but will try to be brief. Solar is supposed to save money but apparently that's not what it did for me. After having the solar installed it was fine, but then after months passed I'm seeing that my electric bill is over $3000. She was always professional and conscientious as she coordinated my project and was very responsive to my questions. My sales representative, Jesse Malone, provided periodic oversight.
