Great location, Jeremy was great..
I just rented a unit at the Haggerty Road facility. Jeremy and Amanda are amazing. Jeremy knew his job inside and out. He is truly awesome! Amanda seemed to be learning but she was super conscientious with the paperwork. Access and departure codes worked like a breeze. I am extremely happy with My Place Storage.
I second the experience of ATV Rider. Formerly known as Undercover Self Storage, this used to be a great storage facility. Employees were onsite, any issues were communicated via phone, and never had an issue. I had been a customer for going on 7 years. MyPlace Self Storage acquired Undercover Self Storage in Q4 2025 and the level of service quickly deteriorated. Ive been renting here for 5 years. New corp ownership has degraded this storage facility severely since Mike (previous owner) passed. Services have been reduced and the place has trash blowing around the lots, yet they just renovated the office. Moreover they have just announced nearly a 40% increase in price to my rv space. I have inquired in person to the staff and via vm to phone # provided in rate increase letter with barely or no management response as to an explanation why other than operational cost.
