Got Mike Hill through a friend to install a pool for my son. Biggest mistake I ever made. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY!!! Once you do, he does not return phone calls, texts or emails in a timely fashion, if at all. My son is still waiting on something he already paid for since last year. Mike should NOT be in business. He does not do what he says he's going to do and should be sued and in jail for taking people's money. Piss poor customer service. I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate this being done to him. Impossible to get ahold of…have been waiting for 8 months for a piece of equipment we paid for, but we’ve been ghosted. This is after a 16-month installation process with more setbacks than I can count.
Michael was the only one to respond to me when I was looking for a contractor to remodel my inground pool. I had a standard concrete pool and he came out with a plethora of options for custom liners. He and his crew not only dropped a custom liner in my pool, but he got me new steps, a new ladder and plumbed my slide to work as an added water feature. On top of this, I had some minor painting tasks that needed done; my deck, exterior of my home, a pergola in my yard, etc. They completed all of these while working on the pool... read more
Mike at Under the Sun Aquatics had recently provided and installed a new inground pool for us. Everything from the sales and design process to installation was perfect.The process was quick from start to finish and communication was excellent. They go above and beyond for their clients!
