Worst Place ever. We are not from here, we are here on vacation and just becuase we got there at 2:25 we couldn't get our $300.00 back. We couldn't even get a reminder call telling us we had to be there 30 min earlier. We got no refund,no switching days no nothing! We could of use that money for something we really need or something other then that. Our reservation was for 2:3opm and we got there at 2:25. They took our 300.00$!!!

DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO DO LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE!!! Our instructor fell off his jet ski once and then threw off his passenger, slowing us down. Our group was combined with 2 other people that flipped their jet ski, using our time. After the Instructor falling off and the strangers falling off we finally got out to the “riding area” and were told we get 5 minutes to ride. Horrible. Wouldn’t waste my money here again. At first everything was fine they all seem really nice. Headed out on our trip and a couple that was with us was struggling, no big deal. But after the instructors got the couple split up on their jet skis, the INSTRUCTOR flipped once and knocked the passenger off once. The instructor didn’t know what he was doing he flipped his jet ski and it was my friends and my first time riding and none of us flipped.
Horrible customer service. School kids running the entire thing. Owners could care less. No one on the same page. If you want to spend your hard earned, budgeted vacation money in OC don’t do it here or at least be sure you have names of who you are dealing with and watch your credit card statement. Horrible
Banana boat ride was not enjoyable. Our party of 9 (kids age ranging from 9 - 17) had a very short ride (less than 15 minutes on the banana) since the boat was 'oversold'. And only 6 of the kids fell off (which is the fun of it) and my son was riding the whole time without holding on. In the past, the kids have had a blast, a much longer ride and everyone fell off and enjoyed themselves. Not sure what changed between previous years and this year, but we were very dissatisfied.
Before booking, ask how many minutes participants will actually be riding the banana boat. We were told the entire trip lasted about 50 minutes, yet there were two groups of banana boat riders that had to take turns of less than 15 min. each. We'll be trying a competitor in 2020.
