Boat wasn’t especially clean & seating was waterlogged so every time we sat our bottoms were soaked. For those swimming no problem. But for those not, unpleasant feeling. Ladder was useless. Anchor wasn’t attached properly. We were told someone would be there to help us dock since there was no boat hook or lines to throw around a piling. NO ONE came out as we approached & finally we had to call them to get assistance. Since it was a windy day that part was somewhat scary.

Hi Nancy I’m sorry to hear this but non of our boats have waterlogged seats. And yes we do recommend calling 10 minutes before you come in so we can have someone ready to help you dock.

Our family who has owned a condo in OC since the 1970’s has always loved the small businesses of OC. Our own family has OC businesses and have been locals for over 30 years. I have never had an experience like I did at “Under The Bridge Water Sports”. We had reserved a pontoon boat with another family for an eight hour rental. When we arrived we were told that they didn’t have the tube that we had reserved over a week ago. We debated about what to do b/c we wanted the kids to enjoy tubing. Great day. Would highly recommend this place for jet skiing. Awesome crew.
We rented a pontoon boat for the day. The staff was very kind and helpful. They made sure that we were safe and had fun. This was the perfect way to spend quality time with our family.
Horrible customer service. They gave us a broken boat and left us to sit out in the middle of the bay for a hour. The boat motor stopped. Then we ask for a refund due to us hitting rocks and the boat shutting down. The manager would even look at us or speak directly to us. He was very disrespectful and only gave half of a refund. I would not recommend at all. He doesn’t care about customer safety. Try Bayside.
