Told Dekkinga about leaks and sent pix back in May. He said he would fix them week of July 24th when he was scheduled to be back in the neighborhood. Never heard back from him. Bad Customer Service
Underdecking is LEAKING!! I have sent emails and left messages for JD to get back to me. He never responded. Finally had my husband involved. Had someone come out in June , he took a look at it and put in some kind of caulk. It did not help. We are discovering more issues. We have notified JD several times that we are still having issues.
