Great Location! The bedroom layouts on the website are very misleading. The rooms are so small I can't imagine anyone renewing their lease after 1 year. It's a very attractive design though.
Helped out one of my homies with moving in and I was appalled by how poorly constructed this new development was. Awful construction and appliances for a place that's considered "luxury"...

Love the location. You can walk to class and campus. Also love the study areas.
The Uncommon Oxford has a Great Location!! You can walk to the square in minutes no uber necessary!! It also has a helpful friendly staff! The Uncommon also offers multiple floor plans to cater to you! It also is right on top of one of my favorite yoga studios bastiste power yoga and the healthy restaurant fruita bowl!
