the best for steak – hands down my favorite restaurant ever. i don't even get anything fancy, but any chef who can make my steak actually well-done, but still melt-in-my-mouth delicious wins at life. every details of the food is interesting and delicious and the flavors melt together in the most perfect and sometimes unusual ways. I would recommend to anyone who want to eat well prepeared steak in Manhattan
Best Steakhouse in Bayside, Queens! – Best steakhouse in this area!!! Highly recommended excellent service and food....Now, please do not go here and order fish....it is okay, not great, but you are going to a STEAKHOUSE....if you stick with the usual porterhouse for two I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied...ohh and the crab cakes are also worth it for appetizer! Best I have had in a long time!!!
BEST STEAKHOUSE IN THE AREA !! – Uncle Jacks has got to be the best Steakhouse in the area. The food is excellent & the service is great. The Manhattan Uncle Jacks is great too. Yes, it is pricey, however, so are all the other top Steakhouses and Uncle Jacks is the best. Great place for special occasions too.

Can't wait to go back! – Been here several times now and have come away happy (and stuffed) every time. Whether it's a romantic dinner with your spouse or a business dinner with associates, you won't go wrong here. Not as "famous" as other spots like Peter Lugar's or Morton's but I think the steaks here are better than both. The wait staff is always attentive and the food is cooked to perfection...never overdone! Granted, it's not cheap to dine here but it's worth the money in my opinion. GREAT STEAK AND EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! – Wow,Uncle Jacks serves the best meal in,NYC !!! Fresh mozarella and tomatoes,baked clams-full of flavor. The dry-aged porterhouse is out of this world,mashed potatoes,creamed spinach-yum.The Captain Peter was excellent-the sevice throghout night was impeccable,he was full of energy and personality !!! I will definitely be coming back with my friends !!!
Pleasantly suprised – I went to uncle jacks' recently for a friends birthday. I had never been there before and wasn't expecting it to be that good, however, i must say i was very suprised at how delicious the food was. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and everything we ordered was excellent with the exception of the kobe steak. It was tough and rubbery and just not worth it. Stick with the simple stuff and you'll be happy.
Ok food, absense of Managers on the floor, but Great Service regardless – I took my husband to uncle Jack's on my trio to New York . Once we stepped in the restaurant, there was that great gentleman in a nice tux, he greated us very nicely and directed us to the reservation desk. GREAT PORTERHOUSE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE ! – My first time in this restaurant was on mathers day,crabcakes ,porterhouse for 2 garlic mash and cream spinach ,wow i never have better steak before ,my mather was very happy,my captain Peter did great job! We be back soon!
