Great food and service. We Love the atmosphere and the history
We love going to Uncle Ernie's after accidently discovering it 2 years ago. The only neg is that it is a little pricey compared to some other places in town but it's very very good. The cheese sticks are the best I've EVER had. Oyster stew was on special and was great. Very comfortable and ample size waiting area!

First time trying Uncle Ernie's tonight for dinner. This place is absolutely the best! We had a party of 50+ including children. We didn't make reservation as they don't take them, but once half of our party got there we were seated quickly. We did call ahead to give them a heads up. They were more than prepared for us. I had a few friends recommend Ernie's, but was not impressed with what we were given. Food was way overpriced for what we ordered and serving size. It was very very loud in the restaurant, might want to invest in sound deadening attire? I asked for mustard for my over priced cheeseburger, and the waitress said it might get brought to the table and it might not, to just remind her again.
