Actually met the owner Sean Lyons at Huntsville Drag Strip. He has a super nice X275 car by the way. He's a super nice guy. We had dinner at Uncle Ernies last night. The service was great. Really nice environment. And the food was AWESOME!! Best Mahi Mahi I've ever eaten.
