Bought frozen pork tenderloin today at Uncle Ed’s. Sous vide with a parsley, chive, garlic oil sauce on top. This meat was beyond amazing!! $11 for 2 tenderloins in a package that serves 6 and was restaurant quality! Thanks Uncle Ed’s!!!

We purchased a seasoned Prime rib from Uncle Ed’s on their Black Friday special. I froze it until last week and cooked it for our family Christmas dinner yesterday. I have one word- Wow!! It was delicious! Several people even had seconds! I definitely will be getting meat here in the future!
