Amazing shave ice and bonus hug from Uncle Clay himself!
I went there years ago and got an Icee (with a magic marshmallow). They stopped selling Icee and a lot of other things. Disappointed. The store does look nice though.
Visiting from Ohio, this is the best thing I've had on Oahu so far. The shave ice flavors tasted just like the fruit, not thick or artificial tasting. The ice cream on bottom was perfect. Unlike anything I've ever tasted. I already know I'm going back before I head home. I don't usually write reviews but I felt this place really deserved it. It was amazing.
All I can say is their shaved ice is divine. Ordered the strawberry dream for my son, the classic rainbow for my wife and I tried the tropical delight. So ono!
Some of the best shave ice we've had (and we've tried a lot of highly rated places), but what really sets this place apart is the spirit of Aloha from Uncle Clay. He sincerely cares for his guests and ohana. We enjoyed our first visit today and will be back!
