want to give a big shout of thanks to Uncle Al's oil change place. Wal-Mart screwed up(although they blame the previous oil Change)I was stranded thinking I would have to have my car towed. They, Wal-Mart, plugged the oil drain plug enough for me to go to Uncle Al's across from Best Buy, because Wal-Mart couldn't fix it. That little drive 1/4 mile my car leaked nearly half a quart of oil. I always hated Wal-Mart, so now guess what....
Over tight on my oil filter, an stripped my oil drain plug to the point where i was leaking oil. By far un-happy.
Unlce Als did over $1,400 damage to my car. Uncle als Would NOT pay for it. Even though they stated we will take care of YOU. Unk als were upset over my getting an estimate from any one except their recommendations. Auto craft , Great that my insurance co. WAIVED my deductible and paid to have my car repaired. Would NEVER take my cars there again. Uncle Als want you to take your car to Auto craft for a different estimate and refused to sign that my car was to to bring my vehicle to pre damanged condition.
