I've gone here for years as well as my husband. We went a few weeks ago and succumbed to one of the low pressure up-sell services as well as the usual oil change. While we are always pleased with the service, this day was a mixed review. Although very kind fellows working there, we were shut up in the bay with all doors closed while they ran the car for about a good 2-3 minutes. we have been a loyal customer for many years, on sunday 10/2 we took our 2016 black town and country to have it washed and paid $10. it was a bad wash. they were short handed but I did not just get a bad wash our whole car was scratched from the dirty brooms they used. called and talked to the mgr and said I needed to call ed in the morning. I choose to take my business elsewhere t try to get my scatches out.
Was in yesterday for a car wash. The car wash did not even take the chunk of Apple off my window from parking under the apple tree. And when I got home there were blue streaks all over my entire car from the soap or wax. $10 car wash and it looks terrible! They use to do such a nice job! Very disappointed! When I told the guy drying it off about the apple chunk he wiped it off leaving smear marks down my window.
Uncle Als is the only place I go. Ed and Steve are very knowledgable and they treat you like family. Also, they have the best wash around and they hand dry your car right after it comes out! Go in and check these guys out you won't be disappointed.
Excellent service, as usual. Thank you for mentioning the filter for the air going into the car and replacing the filter. I didn't realize such thing existed. What a difference it made! I turned the AC on and the air got colder faster. And of course the workers there were polite as well. That's always appreciated.
