Trouble breathing, can't stop coughing. My PCP referred me a week ago. Didn't hear from anyone so I called them directly. I am told the referral is "under review and needs approval by the medical director." Review for what? Cough has lasted for weeks, PCP knows I must be seen.

We called and needed to see someone ASAP after a pneumonia diagnosis in the ER that wasn’t improving. We called first thing Monday morning and Christina was suggesting an appointment time a month from now (huh?!) and didn’t understand the urgency or the ability to work with patients to get someone in quickly, before finally mentioning a process where the medical director could review a file and see us within a week, which is still too long, when the situation is urgent.

Only accepting new patients by referrals! A continuation of the lack of access to medical services in America. Not to forget that this method also increases the cost to the client and system overall. Instead being able to go to them directly a client has to visit another provider to get referred to this office. Don't waist your time with this practice !!!!!!!
