This facility is a partnership between Raleigh Ortho and UNC Ortho. Upon enquiry, I was told that both these entities provide Ortho urgent care services on alternate days. On other days they provide routine care. I had called Raleigh Ortho ahead to ask a question, and it was the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered in healthcare.
