The worst place in the world.
If you’re lucky enough to get and stick with Dr. Shilpa - then you’ll be well taken care of. I honestly cannot say enough great things about her. She is a wonderful doctor, caring, compassionate and so funny. Made a stressful pregnancy very enjoyable. However, one time I had to see a different provider as she was unavailable- Dr Jacqueline - she was absolutely horrible!! Cold and rude! This office is absolutely wonderful. The staff is always kind and professional, and unlike other offices they aren’t in a rush to get you out the door. Everyone actually takes time to treat you like a human here and it’s so refreshing. I like an hour and 40 minutes away but I’m more than willing to travel here for appointments because of the knowledge of the staff and because of the customer service. I loved every midwife I saw and my experience was as perfect as you could get. The care I experienced was nothing short of love and support!
I've had such a wonderful experience here during my pregnancy! Everyone including the front desk staff, nurses, and lab technicians have made me feel comfortable and cared for. Julie Kaye-Sack is amazing. She’s thorough, compassionate, and always helps ease any anxieties I have. I'm grateful to have found such a supportive team and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for great prenatal care!
