Was here with a friend. The office staff were rude and not helpful at all. Girl downstairs in the lab was visibly on her phone. Also, my friend who was a nurse asked for specific care, and they ignored her.
Excellent care, doctor listened and gave significant useful information. Staff was super nice.
I was transferred over from my primary care specialist and called them today to schedule an appoint me to see if my wife could be seen this week. Well nope the lady in the front desk that took my call said “no sir our next available appointment is on august 9th” my primary health care provider told me this was a serious issue regarding my wife kidneys having protein coming out of her urine. But apparently not to panther creek unc kidney specialists. I will report this to Human Resources this is unacceptable. Will never go an... read more
