To whom it may concern, my wife has had 3 appointments and 2 in Chapel Hill at the clinic, she has had menstrual bleeding for more than 3 months, there is no solution come and go and 2 ultrasounds and a biopsy, etc.... the point The thing is that they only care about charging the insurance because there is no solution to the bleeding, after 5 appointments they sent some pills that did not solve the bleeding. The staff was friendly except for Sonya who does some of the testing. She was rude and passive aggressive and left my crying sister in the testing room and showed no support or anything at all. The doctor and the testing practitioner showed zero emotional support for a future mom as she was experiencing a variety of emotion and acted like all of these health issues were my sisters fault. If possible please avoid them to make your experience better. Chapel Hill clinic is better!
