We recently moved to Pikeville, and I chose this practice out of convenience, even though there were some unfavorable reviews. I have been seen by both Dr Campbell & Dori King, as well as their support staff. I have to tell you my experience here has been outstanding. Dr. Campbell is intuitive, and looks deeper than just physical symptoms. Dori King is one of the best nurse practitioners I've visited with over the years. I established care here today and saw Dr. Kandi Campbell. The wait was very short. She is beyond kind, compassionate, and you can tell she truly cares about you as a person. She listens to understand and not just to respond. I can’t say enough nice things about her and the nurse, Danielle, was also amazing. I have no complaints.
Possibly the worst Dr visit in my 75 years on earth. I saw Dori King, who has the personality of a wet cardboard box. She did not introduce herself, she asked me nothing about my diet or lifestyle habits. She did not examine me, unless you count her leaning over me while I was in a chair and poking my stomach twice. I was there for really bad stomach pains, she didn't have me lay on the table and palpitate my stomach, nothing. SHE DOESN'T CARE. 3rd time being sent to see dori king from my original provider due to no appointments at their office. Dori spends less than 5 minutes with you and doesn’t even bother looking into your symptoms.just leans on the counter and asks you what’s going on. Then tells you she’ll reach out with results. Lacks empathy. I will decline any appointment with her moving forward. $35 copay for her to lean on a counter smh.
Have seen Amber Foss twice now and I'm very happy with the care I've received. The entire staff have been quite nice to work with.
