Very professional the Dr and the student
Stephanie Sjoblad and her student were just the best. They took so much time and patience to clear up several issues that have been problematic and I walked out hearing the best I have in months! They were both careful to keep me updated every step of the way. 5 stars from me@
Stated that my daughter had hearing loss. Stated that my daughter would have to get sedated for a hearing test, which we refused. They stated that she would need to get sedated in order to get tubes in her ears. Thankfully, we got a second and third opinion. Turns out she had no hearing loss, no fluid in her ears and did not need any surgeries. I am very concerned with this practice ethics and will be flagging for fraud.
