I’m so sad as this had been my top to go to place for my nail service needs and lately I have been getting nothing but disrespected! After telling the workers I did not want gel as I have had bad experiences with gel and gel has come off they kept pushing me to get gel and even said some comments in another language. Really made me feel uncomfortable at the end of the day I was paying for the service. Really disappointed.

I had booked an appointment with Rosa. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and waited to be seated while she finished the person she was working on. However, she then told me that she had another appointment already at the same time as mine and that someone else would do my pedicure for me even though I had specifically booked the appointment with her, since last time I was not satisfied with the other ladies work. Worst experience and I'm never coming back to this location. Please make sure they clarify and confirm prices before they start the service! I asked for acrylic gel and my nails ended up looking like marshmallows. The woman could not shape my nails and did not do the manicure. The top coat they used had so many air bubbles and my nails looked uneven from not enough gel. I came back and I asked them to fix my nails.
