I am just starting to get my life together after beng a Psych patient in the UMass system after 20 stolen years. I don't think I will ever really come to terms with it. They were mostly always pretty bad, but became noticably outright weird and sinister sometime around Covid19, the data breaches, the AI research division, the record setting profits, and "UMass Chan." I don't think the transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment worked for me, but the staff was great to work with. I was in and out each day for treatment and never had any problems. I see some negative reviews here, but I wonder if they are for the Behavioral Medicine business in the same building. UMMMG Outpatient Psychiatry Services doesn't have inpatient services or keep patients overnight, they are not a hospital.
