I’ve given this barber shop multiple chances, but every visit has been disappointing. The barbers consistently lack attention to detail and don’t seem to understand basic requests. One time, I asked for a mid fade and the barber just lined up the back and sides. When I pointed out that it wasn’t a fade, he told me, “That’s what you asked for” and said, “It looks okay to me.” Another time, they literally shaved off part of my eyebrow, and on a different visit, I asked for a front line-up and the barber only lined up the left ... read more
Went in for short layers and ended up getting half of my hair cut off now it’s super thinned out (didn’t ask for) and the lady didn’t even bother looking at the picture I gave her for inspo throughout. Horrible customer service. Very bad when it comes to cutting women’s hair.
