The worst ever very bad have no skills at all
I’ve been getting my hair cut here for a while — always a solid men’s cut for $17 CAD. Recently noticed the name changed from Cici Hair Saloon to Umi Hair Saloon, but the hairstylist is still the same (which was a relief). Same friendly service, same attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.
