Lisa is amazing, kind and helpful to my son and me! We had been seen at the Spring Valley on April 7th, but much was left undone. Lisa updated my information that was supposedly done on the 7th,NOT. We explained the issues and Lisa got my son and I in, we saw the doctor immediately and explained to him and we felt listened to and helped! We have gotten all the meds we needed are home resting take meds as directed. The lady I spoke on the phone with was nice, but all the reception ladies had an attitude and didn’t say things very nice. ***edit, second time going there and they are still rude. They honestly do not listen to you and what you are asking for.
Hello… I’m writing this review for James G who was in the UMC urgent care on 4/2/24. Dr. Yeung, Veronica, Kasper, and Priscilla all had great bedside manner and great patient care. He felt listened to and not rushed through. Also James was at urgent over the summer and the Dr and the nurse asked how things have been going since then. To remember a patient from over the summer at an urgent care where many people are seen on a daily basis he thought was amazing.
