I recently got into a car accident and have had to come back to this UMC Urgent Care multiple times for follow-up checks. Every single visit has been such a positive experience. Dr. Vu, Nurse Shelly, the X-ray tech, and the front office staff have all been incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. Traveling from Henderson to this location is worth it. Staff from reception, to nurses to PA Kirk were excellent. They were all kind to me and my child.
The worse, went in with swollen elbow and knuckles and all they wanted to do was prescribe a high dose of aleve???? All they care is about taking your money and nothing else!
I went in on Aug. 21, 2026 and was in and out in less then an hour.. I think it was around 5:30 pm.. The staff was great and this is usually where we come when we need an urgent care.. I’d say 15+ years easy.. Thank you for your kindness and care..
