Very impressed with the quality of care my son got over the weekend. His condition was serious and the ER was prompt, moved fast with lab work, CT, MRI and xrays. He was moved to an acute floor where again the staff and multitude of physician specialties were professional and compassionate. For a parent of a student at Texas Tech I have greater peace of mind knowing that this Level 1 Trauma center is blocks away for my son or any of the students should they need it. I was in and out in. no time. I did not want to be there. I had an allergic reaction to a new medication.
Usually a great hospital. Just a few mistakes made Friday. No one and no place is perfect. 💜 the employees attitudes.
great staff, Doctors are very professional to their job, nurses are the best oh let me preach to you they can pray with you, they will help you through your journey, he or she coach you and cheer on your health good or bad, now I don't eat fast food, I eat like my life depends on it, I eat oatmeal, granola with blueberries, ceasar chicken salad cottage cheese or I'll get a chef's salad no dressing with fruit salad and each of these dishes the drinks are coffee, milk and water, house keeping is on their game through out the h... read more
Aubrey was absolutely the most efficient and kind nurse I've ever met. I will never forget the care that she gave to my daughter during her long labor and delivery. I would advise people to not request much on that second floor though.
The staff has been amazing! Everyone has taken time to explain all that they are doing. I have been here for a week and have yet met somebody without a smile! CICU was truly concerned about the wellbeing of my wife. The 5th floor nurses go above and beyond our expectations. This is the best place for health care!
We have been treated with the up most respect and kindness. The doctors, nurses even the cleaning staff are great. UMC has great doctor's and nurses.
My brother was in ICU. The nurses and staff were amazing! The care given was impeccable!
