Beyond blessed for the PICU staff that was with my son and worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with him. They saved his life and I’m so thankful for the care they gave to him and the kindness they showed. A nurse brought him a stuffed animal because he was having a hard time and then when being discharged his NP on his case got him chocolate chip cookies. Just 2 examples of their kindness. They will have you wait around for close to five hours for a procedure that takes around 45 minutes. But like every thing else in 2020 it’s COVID’s fault! SMH!
How are you going to be recommended to come to the er and still not be seen for 7+hrs!? I’m pretty sure sitting waiting is going to be real good for the unborn child!!!

UPDATE:Got a call from one of the doctors and they are going against Bradens word, she now must schedule a new appointment which won’t be until Monday to get the medicine.... AWFUL AWFUL care UPDATE: still waiting since yesterday on “Braden the supervisor” to fix this and get her a different medicine as he promised.... no word back...HORRIBLE care My wife went to Dr. Dundar on August 3rd for a tonsillectomy. She ended up in the ER room by the end of the week with a massive infection in her mouth and throat as well as pneumon... read more
I was discriminated against for being a young mother and having no insurance. Worst service from any hospital I have ever been to. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. I had ONE nurse who treated me with kindness.

Arrived at 6:40 pm on an approximate 3 hour wait. 5 hours later still waiting without any timeframe to actually being seen. So much for admitting me and doing my kidney surgery in the morning; I’m sure I’ll still be sitting here by then. Ridiculous
I can not believe that you kicked my sweet friend's hubby out and she had less than 1 1/2 days to live. How cruel of you, that is just disgusting. You will some day answer to our creator for your actions. I am totally disgusted with the actions of those who did this to her.
