I went here for my birthday. The food lacked flavor, they burned our flatbread twice, and everyone's food was cold (but all of the workers were standing at the bar talking). If you want subpar/cold food and bad service; go for it!
I went yesterday, February 2nd, which was a Thursday, at 7:30 pm. My then boyfriend called ahead and told them his plans. When we arrived, we are seated immediately at a ready and waiting table, lit with candles and waiting with wine. The staff, specifically Sam, was very friendly, informative, and attentive. Crafted my own Stromboli and it was delicious!! My mom got a chicken alferdo dish that was excellent as well! Bottle of wine that we took home, along with our left overs 😋 And the bread appetizer dish was fantastic. 👍🏻👍🏻
Really bad experience overall on Saturday when we went, and that is sad, as we were there only customers. Four in our party and one meal did not even come out until way after the rest of us had finished our meals. The server didn't even apologize. Unacceptable! Once a very good establishment but down hill they have gone.
We had great food, great service, I would recommend Umbria to someone looking for a good italian resturant.
We loved it!!!! We asked the waiter to please tell the owner to bring one to hannibal mo!!! It would go over excellent I believe and I was totally inspired by the decor!!!! Food was awesome service was wonderful! We will be back!!
