I’m very disappointed with my experience with Umbrella Pro Roofing. Our roof was installed by them on September 16, 2021 in Ajax, and the work is still under warranty. We contacted them regarding an active roof leak, which should be treated as a time-sensitive warranty issue. Over several days, I left 3 voicemails, sent 3 emails, and followed up with a text message — and I never received a single response. Not even an acknowledgment. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their roof done. They did a great job for a reasonable price. I believe they are honest and very professional. I could see that the workers love their job. Keep up the good work Umbrellapro.

We did our homework and hired this company based on value and how they deliver the promise. They replaced our old roof and a new roof shingles of a new house construction - new flashing, ridge vents and never looked back! They use only the best materials and not cutting corners. The owners are very flexible and trustworthy and so the whole crew are hard working people.
