I’ve been going here for myself, to see a few different doctors, since I was a teen. One retired, and she was the most amazing doctor! Then, my daughter went here for pediatric care. The good outweighs the bad, here. Although I came to the ER a couple times after suffering some seizures. Worst hospital in Massachusetts by far avoid at all cost. unless you wanna wait for 10 hours, receive no treatment, and still get charged a copay.
El peor trato resivido en este lugar y aun mas por que el personal como Jemima A nos trató súper mal hasta con palabras vulgar no lo recomiendo y aun así pedí ayuda de un intérprete lo cual siempre el hospital tiene 24/7 y me dijo que no que si entendí bien y sino que no era problema de ella espero que tomen acciones sobre ella
I was in the CDU unit March 7-9. The nurses, physician assistants, and doctors are incredible caregivers. I received A+ treatment from everyone while in the hospital. THANK YOU U-MASS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL for making me comfortable during my illness.
My husband Dennis was recently in 6ICU at UMass University Campus. I want to thank the entire staff for the care that was given to him. Special thanks go to RN’s Sonja and Melanie D. Both went above and beyond to make sure his medical needs were met and he was as comfortable as one can be in a hospital. Both were very professional while being extremely pleasant. Both my husband and I have been hospitalized several times in the past and are very aware that this is not always the case. Both should be commended. Thank you.
