Caring, friendly staff that work hard to help you out! Very much appreciated. They proactively counsel, find coupons, and will work with your doctor on any issues/complications so you don’t have to.
Excellent pharmacy. The staff is always helpful, pleasant and very responsive. I've been using them for over four years and have never once had a problem.
Careful of the Diabetes Liaison scam folks. Umass’s specialty pharmacy has proven to me this is nothing but an insurance money grab scam and they will not and do not help you when you really need it. I’ve been arguing with them for years to simply supply me with glucose test strips as I need them for my brittle type one diabetes that has led to me needing a life saving kidney transplant.
