The ultrasound scheduling team is trash. I haven't had issues with any other department. I've been seeing them throughout my pregnancy but the ultrasound scheduling team refuses to call me to schedule appointments. When I asked about it, they said they have so few slots open that the patient doesn't get a choice. So they schedule appointments for me and I get a MyChart notification. But I don't get the notifications every time either so I have to hope I see the notification or go through my MyChart to find the appointments. ... read more

Never had a problem with radiology yet,be there tomorrow and I'm sure it will be in and out
This facility is really unprofessional and sucks. They charged schedule without notice and rescheduled when patient appeared on original date. In second visit, they postponed original schedule to another hour in waiting room. They never expressed their apology. If you need to get MRI, please ask your doctor to another MRI center.
My recent shoulder MRI went smoothly. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. The technicians were very professional and accommodating to my shoulder pain making sure I was comfortable.
