Dr. Rothkopf and staff were tremendous from start to finish. Reception, nurses, assistants and Dr. Rothkopf were very friendly and personable. I had a torn earlobe and Dr Rothkopf talked me thru the procedure, painless and looks great. Having read reviews prior to my appointment I did not know what to expect. I was more than pleasantly surprised, and my experience was nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you all

The overall experience as a whole was horrendous. If the feedback wasn't that Dr. Rothkopf performed surgery well we would not continue on. From the miscommunication or lack of to the mixed messages given, the xray tech telling my child he was getting a different procedure to Dr. Rothkopf walking out after he misspoke and didn't correct himself or to the staff talking negatively about the interaction in the next room (yes people heard) - let's just say even my 9 year old was beyond livid at the lack of empathy or bedside man... read more
Completely unprofessional. Waited in office for over an hour after our appointment. He could he heard speaking poorly about patients to front desk.
